Samantha is a licensed physical therapist who joined Suburban Physical Therapy after earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022 from Slippery Rock University (SRU) in Pennsylvania. She earned her American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Physiologist Certification in 2019.
She was a competitive gymnast for 14 years and was introduced to physical therapy through her own injuries. While attending SRU for Exercise Science she was a cheerleader and participated in the theatre program.
Samantha is trained in dry needling as well as traditional manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises. She uses these skills to treat patients of all ages for neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, back, hip, knee, ankle, and foot injuries. Samantha is passionate about the performing arts, and athletics. She has an interest in pediatrics and treats infants for torticollis and young athletes and performers as well.
In Samantha’s free time, she enjoys hiking, spending time outside with her family and friends, taking and teaching spin classes, reading, performing in theatre, and attending local theatre.
